We also train organizations on how to respond to GBV including safe disclosure of cases in line with organizational safeguarding policy.
Training on Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassments
Vocalise Africa provides training on what organisations need to do to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse by underscoring the core obligations of the organization personnel in addressing the issue. We also engage stakeholders in creating understanding about the consequences of sexual exploitation and abuse and describe what managers and heads of departments must do to enforce organizational standards in addressing PSEAH.
Training on Sexual and Reproductive Health
Our comprehensive training aims to equip health-care providers, policymakers, power holders and local communities with tools that help them to integrate sexual and reproductive health into their operations. The Training results in empowered persons who can act as agents or advocates for adoption of SRH priorities, create and implement SRH action plans and develop training curricula to build capacity within the communities we serve.
