Adopt multifaceted and innovative solutions, evidence research and data driven adaptations to promote under-served communities, youth and refugees’ access to skills and knowledge that advance adoption of social transformation on issues impacting their daily lives.
Community Engagement Approach
Community engagement is at the core of our work. Vocalise Africa uses a creatively designed Social and Behavior Change Communication Model to engage communities through a collaborative and inclusive public participation approach. Our model provides a platform for diverse stakeholders to contribute towards finding practical and lasting solutions in addressing issues impacting communities.
We work towards establishing how the social environmental factors such as Cultural Norms and Values, Family and Peer Influences and Social Support Networks among other social factors either support or deter people from embracing social behavior change. This process often leads to stronger collaboration and sense of collective responsibility in social initiatives.
